My (kinda pathetic) list of books I read in 2011:

It’s nice to see a New Year’s Wish rendered as a poster…
I can’t believe my poster was reblogged by Neil Gaiman on his official Tumblr! I feel all kinds of special now xD (even though someone reposted it, which makes me feel not so special, but then again, I’m just happy he got to see it :D)
One more time people, we’re almost there, Happy New Year! ^^

Seven years, I’ve been out. …
How many times do you get back up on your feet and try again to help someone understand before saying, “You know what? Fuck it.”
You know what I love about queers?
This is maybe cheesy, but it’s happening.
I love that we keep getting up again.
And then we go muthafuckin’ dancin’.

Finals are over and after tomorrow I’ll have the next 10 days off of work! Somewhere in there will mark the two-year anniversary of this tumblr, which I created knowing that sometimes I’ll feel super inspired and sometimes I won’t. But my bouts of inspiration usually come when I take some time off of work. I can already feel it building! This book seems like a good first-day-off activity to get the juices flowing.

Today pOlau celebrates Saint Urbain launching a brand new project: it’s a virtual catalogue, which collects the most interesting short movies about practises of acting in postmodern cities, from street art to interventions for public spaces. Go to explore it!

I Met The Walrus
In 1969, a 14-year-old Beatle fanatic named Jerry Levitan snuck into John Lennon’s hotel room in Toronto and convinced him to do an interview.
Guess what! I made a book!!

My co-worker Justin recently decided to give writing full-time a try. This is his first book. Adorbs, right? (Collaborating with Julia Kuo was a brilliant move. Love her work!) FOLLOW YOUR DREEEEEAMS!
